John Wooden ‘COACH’ talks bout the difference between success and winning – TED

Coach Wooden being arguably the greatest coach of all time would know the most about success.

Coach Wooden’s vision of success was completely different than what other view it.

As a child his father told him not to measure his success based on others success.

Why try to out perform someone that you’re not.

Another key to success he says is patients, you can put things in place but it will take time.

Last Coach Wooden talks about how he never mentioned winning.. He always told his players to give their best and the results would be what they should, not all the time what you want them to be.

Coach Wooden who won a record ten NCAA basketball championships, is someone worth listening to when it comes to success, he didn’t put emphasis on winning but just working hard.
